This Baldock based customer wanted to create a more visually appealing frontage to the existing house whilst still keeping the practicality of having off road parking for two cars (in what is a very tight back street cul-de-sac)
For the main drive this customer loved the bright, natural colourings of the Marshslls Tegula Autumn block paving range. The bright Autumn colours complemented the surroundings beautifully. Installing raised, Pennant grey kerbs and edgings to the perimeter of the new paving areas (and the circular flower beds) allowed the soil to be retained to create colourful, manageable planting areas.
A relatively small house frontage absolutely brought to life!
Just a few lines to say how pleased I am upon the completion of the paving of my frontage. My family, friends, neighbours and numerous passers-by have commented on how nice it all looks. It shows what can be achieved when a client/ contractor partnership works well. Many thanks to Gary for the assistance at the concept and design stage, and also to Lee and his crew for the interpretation and skilful construction work to make the scheme a reality.
